The Company shall provide security services as quoted, invoiced, or agreed in writing. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
3.1 All invoices are payable within 7–30 days unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Deposit or upfront payments may be required for hardware, equipment, installations, or custom work.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend services for late or non-payment.
4.1 Hardware, cameras, access control devices, software, alarms, servers, and other security components remain the property of the Company until fully paid.
4.2 Warranty on equipment is subject to manufacturer terms.
4.3 Tampering with installed systems may void warranties and service agreements.
5.1 The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure security system functionality; however, no security system is guaranteed to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
5.2 The Client acknowledges that security systems reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely.

Where monitoring services are provided, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client of alerts. Response time may vary and is not guaranteed unless an SLA is in place.
8.1 Cybersecurity and digital security services are provided on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee protection against all threats.
8.2 The Company is not responsible for malicious third-party attacks, data loss, or breaches unless explicitly covered by an SLA.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, system details, and business operations.
The Company will comply with applicable South African POPIA data protection requirements regarding personal information, surveillance footage, system logs, and biometric data.
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from system failure, misuse, or downtime.
Service agreements may be cancelled with written notice as per contract terms. Early termination fees may apply for active service contracts.
The Company is not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond its control (e.g., load shedding, network outages, theft, natural disasters, or civil unrest).
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Updated terms will be published or provided to the Client.
